The Prenatal Massage is side-lying, as this is the safest position for expectant Mamas. Unscented massage gels and creams are also used, as certain essential oils should be avoided while pregnant.
Bolsters and pillows will support you during the facial as you lay on your back. Please always communicate any discomfort to your esthetician.
