Booking Information

Credit cards are required to hold all spa reservations and are subject to a $1.00 pending charge to validate.

When booking a group appointment, please note the other people in your party or text the spa so we can ensure your appointments are properly grouped.

We accept online reservations 45 days in advance and release our massage schedule around the middle of the previous month.

Gratuity is not included in the spa service price; while 20% is customary, it is at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect Jalan’s scheduling, as spa services are reserved specifically for you.

Please notify us 24-hours in advance should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. 

Late Cancellations are subject to 50% of the total price of the service(s).

Missed appointments without alerting us are subject to 100% of the total price of the service(s).

Late arrivals will cut into the service time and be charged the full service price.
